Call History

Click Calls in the sidebar. The Call History page displays every call your agents have handled, sorted by most recent first.

Each row shows:

Column	Description
Date & Time	When the call occurred
Phone Number	The caller’s number
Recording	Click ▷ to play the recording directly from the list

Click any row to open the Call Details page with the full transcription and analysis.

Tip

Call history populates automatically once your agent is assigned to a phone number and starts receiving calls. No setup is needed beyond the Getting Started steps.
